Online orders can be placed via our website using a major credit card. The billing address that you enter on this screen must be an exact match of the address that your credit card company or bank has on file for this card. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. In 24-48 hours, you will receive a shipment notice email with tracking number when the product is shipped.

Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.
